Writing down thoughts and feelings allows us to understand ourselves so much more.

It's like venting to a friend and they have to listen!!

It is such a simple way of reducing stress and improving your overall wellbeing.

 

However sometimes we find ourselves staring at a blank page not knowing what to write.. 

Enter Sheó's Journal Prompts, take the hard work out of journaling.

The questions are there for you, No more late for work because you spent too long thinking of what to write! 

There are 3 prompts per page, 20 pages in total, 60 journal prompts.

You can choose one a day, three a day, whatever way you want to approach them.. just don't skip any ;) 

 

I hope this really helps people who have been struggling to get a hold of the journaling process and want to focus on more than only what they are grateful for.
