Sorry for the aggression just want your attention and some of ya'll need that stern word to realise your brain needs that TLC.


As a society we have improved majorly in caring about Health and Fitness, so many people getting on that Gym train and counting their macros and doing handstands on a donkey.. great to see and great for your physical health and as a nice outcome - your body might be in a shape that is pleasing to your eyes.


Speaking of eyes, you know what makes our eyes work? Our brain.

Speaking of speaking, you know what allows us to talk all our babble? Our brain.

Speaking of our brain, you know what is tired of being over-worked and under-paid?????




It is understandable that when we are young, we think little of the long term affects our actions have on our big ol' brain.

Yet, I am sure we all know somebofy who is unfortunate enought to suffer with Dimentia, Parkinsons, Diabetes to name but a few.


It is the action you take on your brain health now, that will benefit you when your older and greyer and let's face it more annoying.


Our body is the house and the brain is the manager, allowing everything to take place, overseeing all that is going on. It needs a break.


Your brain needs; good sleep, good food, good movement and good friends.
